Sociabilitys solide erfaring med at forbedre virksomheder indenfor disse områder, valgte IFU, Sociability til at reviewe og rådgive 19 projekt virksomheder i Syd og Østafrika.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Sociabilitys afrikanske samt danske konsulenter besøgte alle projekt virksomhederne og gennemgik muligheder, strategi, mål og resultater indenfor forskellige CSR aspekter. Sociability dokumenterede samtidig, hvor godt virksomhederne klarede sig, så IFU kan være sikre på, at deres investeringer skaber positiv udvikling.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal"&gt;”Indenfor arbejdssikkerhed og sundhed, er der rigtig mange muligheder for at forbedre medarbejdernes velvære samtidig med at øge profitabiliteten. God arbejdssikkerhed og sundhed medfører færre ulykker og færre sygedage hvilket øger profitabilitet.
